Synopsis

In order to recognize and analyze ergonomic and psychosocial risks, various methods are used, such as REBA and COPSOQ-ISTAS21. Regarding the first, it is used to know and ensure the best body posture, in such a way that risk levels are structured by scoring in order to know the measures and actions to be considered in physical health. Regarding the second, it is used to know the perception of psychosocial risk factors. This method is divided into dimensions and situations in order to know the optimal control measures to care for students.
From these methods, it is possible to analyze and understand the physical and psychological conditions of students in order to implement control strategies and measures in order to improve student conditions. These methods are complemented by safety and health management, since it seeks to care for the well-being of people within their social environment in which they operate. Therefore, it is important to identify what the physical conditions are in order to find solutions, in addition to knowing the psychosocial risks that may affect academic performance, which is presented in this work.
