Currently and for years, Mexico has positioned itself as one of the top twenty economies globally; however, it seems that the Latin American stigma that prevents its development does not escape, because in matters of education, the results have not met the expectations of our society. In general words, Mexican education is behind and lacks perspective towards the construction of a more equitable, efficient, inclusive and comprehensive community; Although it can be affirmed that over time the educational field has made some progress, the State has not yet finished guaranteeing the right to quality education for all Mexicans. If before the pandemic, which marked a milestone in all senses, each of the levels of instruction already faced problems to be solved (budget, methodologies, access, etc.), with the advent of virtuality these conflicts intensified and they even increased in number, as the shortcomings of the educational centers and of the students themselves were exhibited: none was prepared to adapt to the new normality. As has been said, these deficiencies affect all levels of education, from basic to higher education, and although this research focuses mainly on higher education, it is also necessary to analyze what is affecting its foundations, as well as Therefore, in the main problems faced by students in their years of primary, secondary and higher education, according to the doctor of Political Sciences, Thomas Legler et al.
