Synopsis

Educational centers, mainly the university, are highly relevant agents in the teaching-learning process, since their main objective is to provide quality professional training so that students can subsequently compete in the labor market. Under this context, it is necessary for the higher institution to establish learning strategies and consolidate the capabilities of its study plan, with the aim that its graduates have greater opportunities in the world of work.


This book addresses questions about the educational development of anniversary graduates based on their professional training, core knowledge regarding employment and central aspects of the labor insertion of university graduates. Likewise, a correlational analysis study is developed between vocational training and job placement from the perspective of graduates of a particular career and the importance of pursuing a professional career in a higher educational institution such as the university will be pointed out.
