Synopsis

Excellent service means satisfaction for customers, in this case, students and society as a whole. This involves a prolonged cognitive and emotional evaluation of a product or service, while compensation is considered as a result of individual service transactions and the overall service experience, service quality is the customer's overall impression with relative inferiority/ customer superiority, according to the organization and its services. Quality education is achieved through the implementation of qualitative research methods in several stages
On the other hand, technological challenges in quality education are mainly related to the unreliability of a large number of people in educational centers, poor Internet connectivity and the lack of electronic equipment necessary for education. The main educational challenges are related to the lack of digital skills among teachers and students, and the deficiency of structured content despite the amount of online resources. Similarly, students' lack of engagement and motivation and teacher's deficit in social and cognitive presence (the ability to construct meaning through sustained communication within a community of inquiry) must also be addressed. In this sense, technological tools allow knowledge of all the shortcomings that a society presents to achieve quality education.
The development of students both in the last stages of school and in their phases of Technological Institutes and Universities are the model for the general change requested by important members of 21st century societies in order to generate competitiveness in all economic sectors. technological and academic. From what has been stated, there is no doubt that knowing all the defects in the management of education in infrastructure and lessons allows generating a starting point for an idiosyncratic and social reorganization in the Peruvian territory.
