Synopsis

In the world, nursing staff are dedicated body and soul to their services as important members within the health system, both in the private and public spheres, the WHO is the guarantor of the necessary controls in the systems in the world. planet, however, in the international context there are cases where the servers in the nursing area are more technical and not very human, the mechanisms and professionalization of this career have made workers in this discipline of health sciences, find in them a better future.
So, the concepts established in each chapter of this book seek to establish accurate parameters in relation to the practice of nursing. There are four chapters that make up this text, of which the mechanisms of action in the scientific field are carefully described. The identity of the nurse is one of the central purposes within it, compliance with the values, ethics and other commitments assumed when carrying out the entrusted work.
Emphasis was placed on the perspective that the nurse has from different points of view and also the perspective that the patients have and from there the concept of identity was created. Contrasting opinions continue to exist and this is reflected here since the term Identity is very broad. professionally, however, it clearly outlines what is intended to be left as a reference framework for the conglomerate of existing studies in relation to Identity in nurses.
There are important contributions in relation to this point and societies in the world support the personnel, the proper use of the uniform, neatness and confidence is important that make the day-to-day life of the profession an achievement in skills and abilities that are perfected with time. As time and theory pass, there are positions and categories within nursing that must be taken into account because it is hierarchical and this is an element that allows motivation for new members of the collegiate body.

Degree of PhD in Nursing from the Universidad Peruana Unión, Lima; Master's Degree in Nursing Care Management awarded by the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, Lima; and Professional title as a Bachelor of Nursing awarded by the Daniel Alcides Carrión National University, Tarma. Diploma Studies in Health Auditing, Hospital Epidemiology and University Teaching. Experience as a care nurse in a specialized surgical center and teacher at the Professional School of Nursing of the National University Daniel Alcides Carrión Branch-Tarma.
