Synopsis

Violence has been increasing in recent decades in educational institutions, which has caused several students to be punished or expelled from schools due to the physical or verbal aggression they provoked in other students and teachers themselves, which caused disturbances in the classroom and not being able to teach or learn properly. As a result, several students have been harmed in their academic performance by not being able to have classes in full, which caused the subjects and activities that were supposed to be carried out not to be carried out in the corresponding time. Thus, this type of behavior has caused serious consequences in teaching-learning in the classrooms, which is why it has been seen necessary to develop educational programs aimed at moderating the behavior of students, since, if their behavior is not moderated at that stage, it will lead to them in the future attacking the integrity of other people and failing to contribute to the common good. In this sense, educational programs play a great role in disciplining students, therefore, the work of the teacher is also important, since their support is required to implement the program and achieve a reduction in the violence generated by the students and the behavior shown up to that moment.
Likewise, it is important to keep in mind that these disruptive behaviors are caused by various factors that can be social or family-related, due to this, it is essential that parents also show the necessary support when teachers leave activities that serve to improve the behavior of their children, this with the purpose of the student taking greater interest in improving their behavior and becoming a good citizen.
Indeed, violence by schoolchildren should not be overlooked, since it only harms the learning process of their peers while failing to improve them as a person. For this reason, it is necessary to insert and apply educational programs more frequently, in order to avoid negative behavior by students, promote respect and, above all, avoid aggression, which only causes disastrous consequences for both the aggressor and the victim.
