Waterproofed organic waste for compost production
Keywords:
Waterproofed organic waste, compostSynopsis
One of the major problems of our time, but one that has been intensifying for a long time, is global pollution. Whether due to various causes (industrial, domestic, among others), it is an issue that continues to concern the general population. However, despite efforts to improve the quality of life and address the problem, it seems to be a never-ending problem. It is precisely because of pollution that different aspects of life and survival are affected, such as food. Crops require chemical reinforcements to produce their products; this is why, to date, artificial chemical dependency has been created in agricultural soils. As a reliable alternative, the aim is to demonstrate the production of quality compost (rich in NPK) and obtain it in a shorter time. In this regard, this work aims to evaluate the influence of geomembrane and module design on the process and production of compost from degradable domestic urban waste.
