Organizational climate as a process of continuous improvement in hospitals
Keywords:
organizational climate, continuous improvement, hospitalsSynopsis
This work offers a comprehensive and empirical analysis of workplace management in the Peruvian healthcare sector. The book moves from the theoretical foundations of administration, culture, and human talent to the presentation of a rigorous case study at the San José Geriatric Hospital of the Peruvian National Police (2015-2016). Through a pre-experimental design, the authors demonstrate how the implementation of a continuous improvement project significantly optimizes staff perceptions of the organizational structure, collective identity, and human potential. Ultimately, the text stands as a technical and practical guide that validates the importance of leadership, assertive communication, and workplace ergonomics for achieving operational excellence and patient satisfaction in hospital settings.
