Synopsis

This text directs its focus towards the essence of organizations: their collaborators. A tour of the universe of Human Resource Management is presented, a discipline that has gained unsuspected relevance in recent years. It is no longer just about managing the personnel of a company, but about understanding that people are the engine that drives the achievement of organizational objectives, so there is a concern to understand their mind, motivation and reward their work, to obtain individual and organizational benefits.

In this sense, this book explores in detail how efficient human resource management is decisively related to the performance and success of an organization. From the selection and recruiting process to training and talent development, every aspect of this discipline has a direct impact on productivity, employee satisfaction and, ultimately, business results. Well, it is proposed that the efficiency and results of teamwork are equivalent to individual work, since they are a reflection.

The reader is intended to understand the strategic importance of human resource management and how an adequate investment in the well-being and development of employees can generate a stimulating work environment, a sense of belonging, and an organizational culture that promotes excellence.
