This research addresses the relevance of mindfulness as an innovative pedagogical strategy to enhance attentional cognitive processes in secondary school students within the context of remote education. Through a quasi-experimental study, the author demonstrates that the systematic application of this technique significantly improves key dimensions of attention, such as selective, sustained, alternating, and divided attention, as well as concentration.
