For this reason, it is necessary for users interested in developing as professionals to be vigilant and alert about the educational service they request, that is, they must verify if the service acquired meets the educational quality standards that they should. For this, the student can verify if the organization of interest has the certification provided, at an international level, by the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, a regulation that supports the quality of the educational system of a certain organization, which has a prestige achieved through the years in relation to optimal standards of services and products in the different commercial areas that may exist.
For their part, educational companies must worry about implementing a quality management system that assures the user that they are being provided with an educated service. This, in addition to generating the expected economic income, will legitimize both the students and graduates of the institution and they will not only earn a good image and may have more followers, but will also guarantee the training of competent professionals in the nation, who will inexorably They lead a country to achieve the desired development and growth, not only economic, but also social.
Along these lines, it should be noted that when an organization is concerned with forming a quality system, it contributes positively to a nation. This is where the importance of educational managers lies, as well as teachers. The latter as a key piece for the student's training process.
The foregoing serves to give rise to the present investigation that aims to demonstrate the scope of a correct implementation of the quality management system in education, mainly university. This, considering what was pointed out by Martínez-Chairez (2016), who affirms that effectiveness and efficiency have great weight in an increasingly globalized world.
Thus, the training sector cannot move away from these parameters and, on the contrary, must carry out an increasingly firm work with ambitious goals in order to achieve an education that can serve the professional as a bridge for their optimal development in any part of the world. world.
